The Cuisine

Iru Den now offers a contemporary take on Taiwanese cuisine, crafted with Japanese and European techniques.

The inspirations came from his Taiwanese wife, Emily, as well as his profound respect for the Taiwanese culture, ingredients, and traditions.

The Space

Nestled in the iconic black and white colonial house along Scotts Road, Iru Den offers a sanctuary of refined dining.
The name "Iru Den," meaning "The Den," reflects our commitment to providing a welcoming and intimate atmosphere.
